Arrington, TN September 2, 2004 -- Started in 1992, Collectorpro Software was developed to address the needs of the art and antiques communities. Throughout the years specific needs and wants of individuals became more evident as collecting grew to more than a simple pastime. To address these needs Collectorpro Software Group, Inc. announces two new products to assist not just collectors but dealers, galleries, museums and appraisers. Along with the new products come major enhancements to the flagship product Collectorpro Software for Antiques and Collectibles.

Collectorpro Appraiser Edition -This newest version of Collectorpro software allows personal property appraisers to create and maintain consistent professional appraisal reports. Created with assistance from a certified appraiser, this software can save the appraiser time when creating an appraisal report with cover, bibliography, resources and much more. One of the most useable features for appraisers is a Searchable appraisal archive to help reduce research time.

Commenting on the Collectorpro Appraiser Edition software, Collectorpro Software Group, Inc. Vice-President Brian Hiatt said; “We are very excited about helping the appraiser community. Users have praised this software for helping them save half the time previously used to create an appraisal report”.

The second new addition to the product family is Collectorpro Collection Edition. This product is designed to catalog and track collections of any type, including art, antiques, collectibles, and home inventory. The software is simple and easy to use for even the novice computer user. Collectorpro Collection Edition is for users that do not need to record sales and track sales financial information.

Hiatt further states; “Recent natural disasters make the need for detailed documentation of valuables even more important. The new Collectorpro Collection Edition is a great product for individual collectors to record information about the objects in their collections, including information that may be required for insurance claims. The software is designed with ease of use and great for the novice computer user.”

Enhancements to the flagship product, Collectorpro Software for Antiques, include features for antique dealers and other collectors that may also sell objects, giving them various tools to help evaluate their inventory very easily. Antiques hit the web in a whole new way, but how do you find them?

By Anonymous

Antiques, old stuff, a bit of history, but junk?

Yes, some people may call it junk, but to millions of hungry antique shoppers in the world, this junk could be more precious than a new car! Antique malls and shops are popping up faster than fast food restaurant chains. Perhaps it is the idea of snooping through personal belongings, or the idea of peeking into the past for an afternoon, but for each person there is a reason to love antiques!

So how does a person go about finding antiques on the Internet? The most common way would, of course, be a search engine. These websites are handy for quick searches, however, they tend to include much more than what you are looking for. It is easy to understand how someone could get anxious and upset when looking for antiques and finding a website pertaining to new hair growth, or the ever present adult websites.

With that in mind, The Antique Shopping Guide has come up with a solution to this problem! A new company that is just now beginning to make it’s presence known on the web, the antique shopping guide is a comprehensive list of antique dealers, malls, stores, small Mom & Pop type shops and more. They offer a broad range of advertising options for business owners to choose from, as well as a classified section for dealers without websites to promote their items.

Browse through antique shops in your area, or, are you going on vacation soon? Look up antique shops in the area you plan on visiting and set up a schedule to visit them when you get there! Business owners also have the option of offering printable coupons for the customer to print out and take with them on their visit.

Why search for hours when you can find what you need all on one website? Visit www.AntiqueShoppingGuide.com today!
